SAG = Survey of Algebra & Geometry
Survey of Algebra & Geometry is an elective course developed for the college-bound student who is not ready to take Algebra 2 but needs to strengthen math skills in preparation for college; to get ready for ACT/SAT tests, entrance exams, and college course work. It is open to students who have passed Algebra 1 and Geometry. Students will continue their education in algebra and geometry together, and do some introductory work in probability & statistics, and discrete math.

Important Upcoming Events:
Platoweb point-recovery work must be completed before 8am, Monday, June 1; and the follow-up meeting must occur before 4pm, Friday, June 5.
Students preparing for the exam should take a careful look at the following list of chapters and topics (aka scavenger hunt.) It may also be helpful to find and then practice the following problems before then. You can check your solutions to the practice problems against my answer sheet. If there are any that you do not understand, talk to me.
Bringing a good set of notes to use on the final strongly correlates with good scores. You will be allowed one side each of seven 8.5 x 11 sheets. Notes must be in handwritten (by you) and must be turned in with your test.
Junior final exams will occur on either Friday, June 5 (9th period) or on Wednesday, June 10 (3rd and 6th periods).
